Hello! Welcome to Root Pause! I am a Certified Nurse Practitioner and have been practicing for 15 years, primarily in Women’s and Men’s health. I received my Nursing degree from Mercy College in Ohio in 1998 and my NP degree from Stonybrook University in New York in 2010.

I married the most wonderful man in 2002 who has stood by my side through the test of time and this journey we have called life. I have 2 sons who greatly enrich my life. They are 2 rocks that I adore. I have entered the world of “Gigi” and look forward to more! Oh, and I can’t leave out my furbabies, Sherman, Cyan, and Nala.
